Lead Preschool Teacher
We are seeking a dedicated and highly qualified Lead Preschool Teacher to join our faculty. This role is pivotal in fostering a structured, engaging, and developmentally appropriate learning environment that aligns with our Christ-centered mission. The Lead Preschool Teacher will plan, implement, and assess instructional activities that promote the social, emotional, spiritual, and academic growth of our youngest scholars.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and deliver age-appropriate lesson plans that support the academy’s academic and values-based curriculum.
Create and maintain a safe, orderly, and nurturing classroom environment.
Foster strong partnerships with families through effective communication and collaboration.
Monitor and assess student progress, providing individualized support when necessary.

Must hold a current Florida Staff Credential, such as an active Florida Child Care Professional Credential (FCCPC), Early Childhood Professional Credential (ECPC), Child Care Apprenticeship Certificate (CCAC), or National Early Childhood Credential (CDA).
Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field preferred.
Minimum of two years of teaching experience in an early learning setting.

VPK (Voluntary Prekindergarten) Teacher
Absolute Excellence Preparatory Academy is seeking a committed and experienced VPK Teacher to provide high-quality instruction in our Voluntary Prekindergarten program. The successful candidate will prepare students for academic success through a curriculum that emphasizes foundational literacy, numeracy, and character development.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and implement VPK-compliant instructional activities that prepare students for kindergarten.
Integrate faith-based values into daily instruction and classroom routines.
Maintain accurate records of student progress in accordance with VPK guidelines.
Create a positive and stimulating learning environment that promotes curiosity and engagement.
Collaborate with colleagues and administrators to ensure program excellence.
We're looking for candidates that can check the following boxes:
Must meet one of the following:
- Child Development Associate (CDA) credential or Florida Child Care Professional Credential (FCCPC) earned within the past five years;
- Associate degree or higher in child development;
- Bachelor’s degree in early childhood/pre-K education or a related field;
- Valid Florida teaching certificate for applicable grade levels.
Completion of required VPK trainings, including three 5-hour emergent literacy courses and the Florida Standards in Preschool Classrooms training.
