Lead Preschool Teacher
We are seeking a dedicated and highly qualified Lead Preschool Teacher to join our faculty. This role is pivotal in fostering a structured, engaging, and developmentally appropriate learning environment that aligns with our Christ-centered mission. The Lead Preschool Teacher will plan, implement, and assess instructional activities that promote the social, emotional, spiritual, and academic growth of our youngest scholars.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver age-appropriate lesson plans that support the academy’s academic and values-based curriculum.

- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field preferred.

Director's Assistant
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and mission-driven Director's Assistant to assist in our administrative operations. This is a unique opportunity for a professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about supporting leadership. You will serve as the right hand to the Director, ensuring seamless day-to-day functioning and acting as an ambassador for our Academy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the Director's complex calendar, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and school events with precision.
- Serve as the first point of contact for the Director, screening and prioritizing communications with tact and discretion.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and reports on behalf of the Director.
- Assist with the preparation for board meetings, staff meetings, and parent workshops, including agenda creation and minute-taking.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all school, staff, and student matters.
- Assist in managing the school's main phone line and general email account, providing exceptional customer service.
- Help coordinate and execute key school events (e.g., open houses, award ceremonies, parent-teacher conferences).
- Provide direct support on special projects, strategic initiatives, and school-wide campaigns.
Qualifications:
