Preschool Enrollment (Ages 2-5)
1. Schedule an Academic Consultation
- Tour our preschool facilities and meet with our admissions team
- Learn about our Abeka and Learning Beyond Paper curriculum
2. Parent Interview
- Discuss your child's needs and our educational approach
3. Submit Enrollment Application
- Complete all required forms and documentation
4. Pay Registration Fee
- $200 non-refundable fee to secure placement
5. Provide Health Records
- Submit up-to-date immunization records
6. Attend Parent Onboarding
- Review school policies and program details
7. Confirm Start Date
- Receive classroom assignment and supply list
Grade School Enrollment (K-8)
1. Schedule an Academic Consultation
- Tour our facilities and meet with faculty
- Discuss our college preparatory programs
2. Parent Interview
- Ensure alignment with our mission and values
3. Student Academic Evaluation
- Grade-level assessment (45-60 minutes)
4. Receive Acceptance Decision
- Notification within 48 hours of evaluation
5. Complete Enrollment Packet
- Submit all required documents including:
- Birth certificate
- Previous school records
- Immunization records
6. Submit Tuition Payment
- 10,000−Kinder-3rd grade
- 11,000−4th-8th grade
- Registration fee required
7. Attend Parent Onboarding

Enrollment FAQs
What is the teacher-to-student ratio?
We ensure small class sizes to ensure personalized attention for each scholar’s education progression.
Are meals provided?
Breakfast, lunch and snacks are provided for preschool. Grade school students bring their own lunch.
What are your school hours?
Preschool: 6:30 AM - 6:00 PM; Grade School: 7:30 AM - 2:30 PM (1:30 PM dismissal on Wednesdays)
Do you offer before/after care?
Our preschool program operates until 6:00 PM. Grade school students may enroll in our after-school program, and we offer Before Care at 6:30 AM.
What curriculum do you use?
We use the Abeka curriculum with supplemental materials to enhance learning.

Mrs. Lewis
Founder
Mrs. Lewis started her journey of cultivating excellence in students over 10 years ago. Over the years she has left a lasting repetition in the community for being a provider that excels scholars to the next level. Her method of teaching to the child and not the curriculum has assisted with academic growth in the scholars.
Mrs. Windom
Executive Director
Mrs. Windom has always had a passion for mentoring the youth. She started her journey with AEPA as a parent and then came onboard as an elementary teacher. She has now climbed her way up the ladder to continue the journey of cultivating excellence in every student.
